Your interview and book order is secured with an advance payment, giving you time to connect with us during the preliminary meeting and ensure this experience is right for your family.
We offer a full refund if you decide not to proceed with your interview and cancel it ahead of time. -
We recommend to have your first book within the first year; it is ideal to have it once you are feeling more used to be with an infant.

During the initial childhood years, the ideal frequency is to have a book every 6 months.
At a minimum, we recommend having a book with a yearly frequency through childhood.
